Bank of America backs off debit card fee after consumer backlash
This shows the power that we collectively have against a corporate entity, especially ones that offer goods and services. When someone seeks to bring unfair terms to the marketplace and think we will have no choice but to accept the changes, we can collectively say ‘No!’. As a lot of people are quick to point out, money talks. We showed that we are the money in this case. Bank of America is nothing without customers, we should all remember that.
